ZEST Workshop PDF Print E-mail

ZEST is a one day proactive seminar on Leadership Skills designed exclusively for school heads. School heads are involved in an effort equivalent to running a corporate. Certain challenges as part of their work will include:

This year Zest 2008 was held on December 06, 2008.

The two presentations in as many sessions made by Ajayaraj Palasseri, Principal Consultant of the Pune-based Training Workz detailed how the head of a corporate house managed affairs, leadership skills required and those demonstrated during times of crisis, emotional quotient and how these skills could be transferred to heads of schools for better administration and management of institutions. More importantly for improving the quality of education and performance of students in examinations.

Teachers evinced keen interest in the seminar presented by Mr. Ajayaraj, taking down notes and interacting with him during question hour. P.Purushothaman, Headmaster of Government Boys Higher Secondary School in Tirukazhukundram, Kancheepuram District, said the seminar was an eye-opener and was of immense benefit to school heads like him.
